What are the tech stack requirements?

The backend requires Deno runtime version 1.35 or newer. The database is standard SQLite (locally stored `appusers.sqlite` and `clients.sqlite` files), which requires no setup or server dependencies. The frontend is vanilla HTML/JS and CSS, making it extremely lightweight and compatible with all modern browsers.

How is the code delivered?

Upon completing checkout, you will receive an automated email containing a download link for the ZIP file containing the complete codebase. You will also get access to a private GitHub repository for future updates.

How does the OpenAI billing work?

Instead of subscribing to us, you supply your own OpenAI API key in the environment configuration (`.env` file). You will be billed directly by OpenAI for whatever tokens your assistant uses. This is significantly cheaper than monthly SaaS markups and gives you absolute control over your spend.

How do I schedule my setup support?

Your delivery email will include a link to calendar scheduling. You can book up to 3 hours of screen sharing across multiple sessions where our engineers will guide you through local configuration, deployment setup, or specific modifications.
